I placed an order but ended up needing a refund, and the whole thing made me uneasy. It took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get vague answers that didn’t really explain where things stood. When it comes to money, I don’t like not knowing what’s happening or feeling like I’m taking a risk with no clear timeline. I still don’t feel like I have a solid answer, which is frustrating. After this experience, I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I really wanted to be excited about ordering from dossobeauty.com, but the whole thing left me feeling a bit disappointed. The shipping took longer than I thought it would, and I didn’t really get updates unless I went looking for them myself, which was frustrating. When the product finally arrived, it was okay, just not something that felt worth the wait. The packaging was also a little messy, so that didn’t help my mood much either. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing to order again anytime soon.

Dossobeauty has some cute stuff, and I did find a few things I liked. It just felt a little limited, like there could’ve been more variety or more items actually in stock. It’s not a bad place to shop at all, but it didn’t really wow me either.

Maybe other people have had a better experience, but trust matters a lot to me when I’m buying online. I ended up backing out because I just didn’t feel confident, and I probably wouldn’t order unless they become a lot more transparent

I tried this braiding hair, but my scalp started feeling itchy quickly. I’m not totally sure if it was the hair itself or just my scalp being sensitive, but I ended up taking it out after two days. Probably not the right fit for me...

I was a little disappointed because one item in my order was wrong, but everything else was correct. Not a huge deal, just kind of frustrating when you’re looking forward to what you ordered

I was really let down by this. The product felt cheap right out of the box, and it didn’t hold up for long at all. For the price, I definitely expected better. I don’t think I’d buy from here again

I ordered what looked like a nude shade in the photos, but when it arrived it was so much warmer and darker in person. The quality seems fine, so that’s not really the issue, but the color match was really disappointing. I bought it for a specific look I had planned and ended up not being able to use it at all, which was super frustrating.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this. There just aren’t many ways to style it, and I feel like I’m stuck with the same look every time. Disappointing.

When I reached out to support, they basically told me the offer had ended or that there were extra rules I must have missed. That’s frustrating when the site makes it look like you’re getting one thing and then doesn’t follow through. Felt like a broken promise more than a real discount, and I don’t see myself ordering again.

Not a total disaster, but the waiting and lack of communication were seriously annoying.

I had to exchange a product and it went okay overall, just slower than I expected. Support did reply, but not super quickly, and I had to follow up once. I did get the right item in the end, so it wasn’t bad lol, but the return process could def be easier.

The hair looked decent once I got it on, but the install was way more frustrating than I thought it would be. I usually go by the shortcut of, “if it looks manageable out of the pack, it’ll be easy to install,” but that wasn’t the case here. It kept tangling and slowed me down a lot, so the whole process took way longer than my usual installs

I thought this was going to be decent at first, but I quickly assumed something was off once it started shedding almost right away. After wearing it, it tangled up really badly, and no matter how much I brushed it or tried to take care of it, it still ended up looking messy. I was hoping I was just overreacting at first, but nope. Disappointed with this order.
